Comments : We were recommended by a friend of someone who works there. We were extremely happy with the grooming done on our two dogs. We were happy that they were not upset when they came back to us as they have been at some other places. Thank you for the great job.

Comments : I was just impressed with the overall service I received. I don't know of any other veterinary offices that call your home to check on your pet's well-being. I'm so happy that I brought my kitty in to River City Veterinary and I would absolutely recommend them to all my friends!

Comments : Our dog, Sage, has been boarded several times at River City and we've been very pleased. We always pair her boarding with the available doggy-daycare, which she loves. She can't get out of the car fast enough when it's a "doggy-daycare" day! Nice staff and great facilities. I would highly recommend River City for your pets.

Comments : We love the web-cam!! Just to see how Reese was doing.. (and also just to see him, because we missed him while we were on vacation) All of the staff seemed to be involved with the care of our dog, and it means a lot to know that he recieved not only the care we paid for, but he also received additional care/love from the staff.

Comments : I was very happy with the whole experience. I got an appointment the same morning I called. The staff and Dr. were very caring. Thank goodness Lizzy was not sick, but if any of my pets ever are, I will be sure to come see you again.

Comments : We called to ask if we could have Momo examined as soon as possible, then a receptionist scheduled us at a time that was earlier than we could hoped for. In addition, she called and let us know of a cancellation which allowed us to come in even sooner. We appreciate the kindness very much. Thank you.

Comments : All staff members provided excellent service. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the veterinarian was very knowledgeable and informative. This is much appreciated, as my previous experience with other veterinarians have not been so helpful and I have always felt rushed. Thank you!

Comments : All staff interaction was excellent. I moved all of my animals to River City because of the level of care expressed during each visit. And most of all because of the staffs' taking the time to assist me with problems and questions during phone calls for animal assistance. Would not take my animals to any other vet in Boise. I greatly appreciate the time taken to answer phone questions when the dollar is not attached and staff is not required to go the extra mile.

Comments : Boozer LOVES getting groomed at River City from Kim! When we pull up to the front door we don't even have to try to bribe him in the door...he loves to go voluntarily because he loves Kim so much. We have been extremely pleased with all grooming services we have gotten at River City and will continue to return because of Boozer's love for the entire staff and place!

Comments : Kim groomed our 9 year old Australian Shepherd "Gypsy" and gave her a summer cut - she did a fantastic job. Gypsy had never been professionally groomed before, so we can imagine it was probably no easy task for Kim to keep her from squirming! All the staff at River City are great and I feel comfortable having them take care of all my dog's needs. Everyone at River City is great and I would reccomend them to anyone to take care of all their pets needs.

Comments : The gal at the front desk was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The other gal that took Toby to daycare was so nice to Toby and me too. I was very pleased with the day care and we will go often when needed. It is nice to find a place to leave your pet that loves them.

Comments : Dr Tad Squires is great! I don't want any other vet taking care of my pets. He has been caring, understanding and he knows what he's doing! He was so great when our guinea pig died last fall, we rushed to River City but Zach was already gone. Dr. Squires was very caring and did a great job comforting my 11 year old son (as well as me). He gave our older dog, Becky, great treatment just recently when we took her in because of heart failure. He's not only a qualified vet, he's also a caring person and that makes a great package!

Comments : We have had many vets in other states and have good care there. This is our first vet in Idaho, and if all the veterinarins are as superb as Tad, than Idaho is head and shoulders ahead of many places. Thank you for being great.

Comments : Dr. Squires went above and beyond in patient care. We were prepared to have our dog sedated in order to get his nails cut short enough. However, Dr. Squires took the time to cut his nails without sedation and was able to get them to a perfect length! I am greatly appreciative of his time and he was able to save us a lot of money by taking the time to cut his nails himself! Thank you Dr. Squires!

Comments : Every time I bring in my pets the staff not only welcome me but welcome my pet. They are always friendly and answer all my questions. If they do not know the answer, they will ask one of the veterinarians to come out and talk to me. River City Vet's staff is wonderful.
